Motorola and Verizon Wireless is introducing their first Android-based smartphone mainly for business use dubbed Droid Pro. The newest entrant enables users to immerse themselves in wireless voice service in over 220 countries and data coverage in more than 200 countries. Users can also enjoy 3G speeds in 120 countries. The Android 2.2 handset blends together several interesting features and efficiently satisfies business and personal requirements. Flaunting integrated Quickoffice Mobile Suite, the phone offers advanced 3G Mobile HotSpot capabilities and a handy QWERTY keyboard which amplifies typing experience. The handset is now available as a pre-sale order through various Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and the official website. Individuals can snap up the device from November 18 onwards for $179.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement. Droid Pro users will need to subscribe to a Verizon Wireless Nationwide Talk plan and a 3G Smartphone Plan.
